Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of AstroVerse, operated by Aham Innovations Private Limited. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Who can use AstroVerse

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that takes place on your account.

2. Nature of the service

AstroVerse connects you with independent astrologers for consultations by chat, voice and video. Astrologers are not employees of Aham Innovations; they set their own rates and availability.

3. Guidance, not professional advice

Astrological consultations are provided for guidance and personal reflection. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Decisions you take after a consultation remain your own.

4. Conduct

• Treat astrologers and other users with respect. Abuse, harassment and threats are not tolerated.
• Do not record or redistribute a consultation without the astrologer's consent.
• Do not use the platform for anything unlawful, or to solicit business off the platform.

5. Astrologer verification

Astrologers apply and are reviewed before being listed. Verification confirms the documents and experience submitted; it is not a guarantee of any particular outcome from a consultation.

6. Payments

Consultations are paid from your wallet. Charging, refunds and payouts are described in our Payment Agreement, which forms part of these terms.

7. Content you share

You keep ownership of what you share in a consultation. You grant us only the limited permission needed to deliver the service — for example storing chat history so you can read it again.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used fraudulently, or puts other users at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. The date below shows when they were last changed; continuing to use AstroVerse after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction over any dispute.
